Train The Trainer

The above quote summarizes the experience our trainers who went back to school for experiential learning of driving Tractors and its implements. Having no previous background in tractor driving, 10 of our team members arrived at the gates of Escorts Training & Development Centre (ETDC), Bangalore with an aim to learn about this heavy vehicle and subsequently delivering that to interested individuals pan India.

This residential facility is at the quite end of buzzing Bangalore with approximately 100 acre of differently ploughed farm lands which gives enough practice and fun at the same time. The day used to start at 6 am sharp with an hour of YOGA and after a day full of classroom + practically becoming a farmer by driving the tractor along with its implements, each day was an enriching as we learnt our way out of evening exams. If that did not end the day, it was some fun activities like badminton, volleyball, table tennis and chess.

Our training in tractor operations and maintenance was well received with our batches when we duplicated their pedagogy at the ground level. One of the best train-the-trainer programs of our times.
